Practical manufacturing capability, under one roof.
We combine traditional woodturning skills with dedicated production machinery and CNC machining. This gives us the flexibility to choose the right process for the shape, quantity and finish your job requires.
Production woodturning
We make turned timber components for furniture, joinery, staircases and specialist products. Our hand, copy, rotary knife and CNC lathes allow us to produce individual pieces as well as consistent batches.
CNC routing
We machine shaped timber parts from drawings, CAD files or original samples. CNC routing gives us the accuracy and repeatability needed for furniture components, joinery and contract manufacturing.
Matched timber mouldings
We reproduce skirting boards, architraves, dado rails and other profiles from a drawing or existing sample. We make the templates and cutters in-house and can retain them for repeat orders.
Contract machining
We manufacture timber components to your specification when you need extra production capacity or a specialist process. We can support prototypes, individual parts and regular batch orders.
